Welcome to Hotel Heritage
These Terms of Service govern your booking, stay, and use of services at Hotel Heritage, located at Junagadh - Somnath Hwy, opp. saibaba temple, Veraval, Gujarat 362266.
By proceeding with a reservation or checking in to our hotel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before making your booking.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By making a booking at Hotel Heritage, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hotel Heritage.
- If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not make a reservation or use our services.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Reservations & Bookings
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Hotel.
- Bookings can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or authorized booking platforms.
- A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving License) is mandatory for check-in.
- Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
- The Hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.
- Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is required at the time of booking or check-in as specified during reservation.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and online bank transfers.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Additional charges may apply for extra guests, early check-in, late check-out, or additional services.
- Payment receipts will be provided upon request.
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM
- Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests arriving after check-in time must inform the Hotel in advance.
- Valid identification documents must be presented at check-in for all guests.
- Room keys must be returned at check-out. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation policies vary based on room type, season, and special offers.
- Cancellations must be made by contacting the Hotel directly via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Special promotional rates may have different cancellation terms.
6. Guest Conduct & Responsibilities
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner.
- Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and common areas (designated smoking areas available).
- Consumption of alcohol is subject to hotel policy and applicable laws.
- Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
- Illegal activities, including possession of prohibited substances, will result in immediate eviction and legal action.
- The Hotel reserves the right to terminate a guest's stay without refund for violation of these terms.
- Visitors must register at the front desk and are not permitted in rooms after 10:00 PM.
7. Liability & Security
- The Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.
- Safe deposit facilities are available at the reception for storing valuables.
- Guests must lock their rooms when leaving and use safety features provided.
- The Hotel is not liable for any injury, illness, or accident during the guest's stay except where caused by hotel negligence.
- Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance for comprehensive coverage.
- CCTV cameras are installed in common areas for security purposes.
8. Room Occupancy
- Maximum room occupancy limits must be strictly adhered to as per room type.
- Additional guests beyond the specified capacity may incur extra charges.
- Children under 5 years stay free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- Extra bedding is available on request and subject to additional charges.
- Pets are not allowed unless prior written permission is obtained from management.
- Unauthorized occupants will result in additional charges or eviction.
9. Services & Amenities
- The Hotel provides amenities as advertised, subject to availability and operational status.
- Free Wi-Fi is provided for guest use; the Hotel is not responsible for connectivity issues.
- Room service, restaurant, and banquet facilities are available as per specified timings.
- Maintenance or repairs may occasionally require temporary closure of certain facilities.
- Additional services (laundry, transportation, tours) are available at extra cost.
- The Hotel reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.
10. Force Majeure
- The Hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its control.
- This includes natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.
- In such cases, the Hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate affected guests.
- Refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Guests are advised to obtain appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.
11. Modifications to Bookings
- Booking modifications are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
- Changes to dates, room type, or number of guests may result in price adjustments.
- Modification requests should be made via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- The Hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modification requests.
- Upgrades and downgrades are subject to availability and price difference.
- Special rate bookings may have restrictions on modifications.
12. Website Use & Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Hotel Heritage.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
- The website is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
- We are not responsible for errors or omissions on the website.
- External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party content.
- Unauthorized use of our website may result in legal action.
13. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay will be resolved through good faith negotiations.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Veraval, Gujarat.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Guests agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
- The Hotel's decision on operational matters is final.
